>>14279215Every morning I wake up, exercise, shower, then schedule my day on my planner (tablet notes)
I have the first 2 hours, 5-6, 6-7, booked with reading and music/piano.
Generally the next 4 from 7-11 are a deep work session (math student). Then I go to class / take a 2 hour break. Then another work session from 13-17. After that I make and eat dinner, 15-16. Then I have an hour break.
Then I read, for an hour, study music for an hour, then sleep.
I do the exercise, reading and music first thing in the morning from 4-7 because it is unlikely I will ever find a good excuse for not doing them. And so I do them, as I consider them central to my personal growth.
On the weekends it looks the same up until 11, afterwards it is free (except for the last 2 hours before sleep, which are reading and music as usual). Here you can schedule your time with friends, or do other fun things.
