Free will does not exist. Every single action you take can be controlled and manipulated in its entirety. The Lord does not desire to punish disbelievers because He created them intentionally for the purpose of disbelieving.

The Lord does not want His true religion to be believed by all because He intentionally created false religions on purpose and gave them followers.

The Lord does not need you to spread His word or believe because you are weak compared to Him and He can do those things Himself if He wants to.

His goal was to give us all life. He wants people to suffer for no reason and wants others to feel good for no reason other than the fact that He wants to give all walks of life a chance to exist. He wants us to experience the infinite possibilities of creation with Him, including the bad ones.

You are powerless to stop this and some may understand it is true while others are misguided by their monkey brains, yet, no matter what, they cannot prevent their own death or suffering, it is as random as who they were born as, and they have no power over it.

The experience is more real if you do not know this fact so He intentionally misguided some because otherwise they would not be capable of experiencing the illusion of free will. But God wills for some to have this illusion.
