then a surviving lower/mid table team might have a total -40 points over 10 years
a draw should earn a point, you show you are equal to the standard of the league for a full game
negative points are video game monkey brain stupid and should only apply as a deduction for failing to adhere to the leagues rules, player registration, discipline, financial issues etc
