Im on fin for like 3 weeks now. No notable sides besides increased libido for a little bit. I might change to topical for less systemic DHT reduction.
It increases testosterone and estrogen by 10/15% and reduces systemic DHT by 60/70%.

i do 1mg daily. this is established to be a safe dose for the vast majority of people. if you are young, you should have no sides at all. gyno is something old people have to worry about. i'm awful at taking it the same time every day though. i only did good for a bit, but usually i'm off by +-30 minutes and its not uncommon for me to be off by an hour or a few hours. i did have one good couple month streak of being consistent, and I did not feel noticably different.
