Anyone else on alpha keto glutarate? I am testing it on myself. Is it doing anything for you?
I’m quite skeptical. Every anti aging supplement seems to have the same antioxidant effects. I don’t think I’m getting younger yet.

Antioxidents turned out to be a myth. They were first identified in dried fruit which has its own anti-aging chemicals unrelated to catching free radicals. The methodology has to do with focusing more cellular energy on DNA repair and less on DNA replication.
