>>14273044This. If a child is raised to see the negative actions as right it will do them without hesitation. I've seen the picrel video and personally hate it, however from the perspective of the perpetrator, their actions were justified. They have as much care for a cat as we would an rat, they were taught that those animals were pests and that killing them meant nothing. After enough reinforcement they just hardened their heart to it.
