>always thought it's good because it's intermittent fasting
>a lot of times you aren't even hungry in the morning and just eat because it's what you do
>the 3-meal per day thing was made up and isn't really necessary
>old cultures eat whenever they're hungry, not 3 meals per day
Anyway I've been skipping breakfast lately and feeling better. It always helps my focus and I can be more productive in the morning. But I'm seeing things like:
>makes your immunity go down.
I thought fasting did the opposite and helped improve immunity because it gives your body time to heal itself?
>messes with blood sugar
>increased risk for heart disease and diabetes
Literally how? I thought it helped reverse diabetes and stabilize blood sugar. etc.
Wtf is going on. Here is the link where I read some of this. I've read it on other places too.
