I don't think it can be harvested in any way; if it was any significant amount of energy, the neutrino flux would fry us - it doesn't because they barely interact with ordinary matter, so they would not interact with any sort of generator either

are you fucking stupid? the earths magnetic field is required for the atmosphere to survive. without the earths magnetic field the atmosphere is thinned by the solar wind which bears down on it.

if you try to harvest electricity from the earths magnetic field or solar activity interacting with the earths magnetic field you will literally be killing all life on earth... albeit very slowly

atmospheric thinning is sufficient enough that at this point in human history you can say no large organisms wills survive on the surface in 100 years. you can count on 1 hand how many decades life has as humans know it. the tree line receding is visible on the sides of mountains. now take into account oxygen level declines over the past 20 years now adjust for expected increases in consumption of oxygen that have nothing to do with internal combustion engines. pharma shit like oxicotin and electrical shit alkaline batteries

then your dumb ass goes hey lets make the magnetic field weaker so atmospheric thinning increases. they would kill and put child pron on your computer spread radical islamic pamphlets around you put a half eaten penis sandwich in your hand and wrap a belt around your neck and say you died from auto erotic asphyxiation

wow I never realized how energetic neutrinos are until I did some math to answer your question. If we actually could find something that interacts with them efficiently they could be extremely promising. averaging hundreds of keV per solar neutrino is way more energy than the full spectrum of sunlight, at only 2.5ev. The flux denisity is also just as good as light, slightly less but lots more energy. As it stands though the biggest problem really is that neutrinos are EXTREMELY small and seem to have no field effects other than translating through spacetime. You'd have to invent a novel method of collecting them, and it'd be unlike anything the world has ever seen before. I'd be some real theoretical physics black mesa shit.

Just doing a fresh asspull hot take, has anyone really not considered that dark matter is actually just an epicly immense amount of neutrinos? That sure is a lot of energy just flying out into the void never to be seen again. And stars just churn them out constantly

but yeah this, OP. neutrinos barely interact with anything. whatever potential energy they have is not harvestable by any means we can even theorize about.
