And to them, we are eternal beings of infinite capability, so they don't want to spoil us or make us worship them anymore, as we did in times past. Humans did really stupid shit with this knowledge, like animal and human sacrifices, wars, persecution, worship, etc. We were primitive in our understanding, so they left us to grow up, and in time we reach out to them again, from a more mature perspective. But the word they would spread isn't to rely on another being to bring you salvation, but to go within yourself and find your own salvation. Those who seek love will find it.

You really just have to read between the lines, and just actually do it. Why did yogis sit on mountains chanting om, practicing prayer, meditation, and yoga? Because it worked.
If you want to know how to do it, all you have to do is look at history of practically any ancient culture. Its all still there.
But another reason that spirits just don't spread the word, is because they are us. There were humans. They were alongside us on earth. The ones who got it, ended up there. The ones still not getting it, continue incarnating down here. But when they are ready, they will look, and they will find it too.
History is extremely long. Several lifetimes is a short amount of time to beings like this. They have all the time in the universe to achieve their goals, and humanity is right on schedule, all things considered.
