MD from most countries opens up a lot of opportunities in most countries, even in America, Canada and Australia, unless you want to get into hyper competitive specialty like ophthalmology or dermatology.
You should do prior research and see if the country you want to study medicine in is recognized by the country you want to work in later.
If you're American you should probably just stick with american medical schools though, it's easier to match a residency that isn't in the ghetto or in some flyover state.
