>>14260332Introduction to Mathematical software sounds to me like they'll teach you Mathematica or Matlab. I had a similar course. I'd say that this course is of no particular weight. Throughout your education/career you will likely learn a programming language anyways. I'm 3 years out of college and all I use is Python and Excel so learning specific 'mathematical software' barely had an impact on me.
It'll still be a fun course but I don't think it's a deal-breaker if your program does not have it.
