They don't care if you don't find them credible. You're not their audience. They're preaching to the choir and the choir loves them for it.
They're paid to push an agenda for whoever is funding them. If it's an organic group, they're pushing the agenda to increase resources for that group, regardless of fairness or truth. If they're an astroturf group, they're paid to lie, create confusion, and poison the well.
