Was looking at undergrad math curriculum for different countries. Started looking at Norwegian math undergrad programs.

Does anyone think the University of Agder's math program looks a little easy?

No, that is an average mathematics undergraduate curriculum for non-honors mathematics.
People on /sci/ are deluded because they only look at the extreme scenarios of top tier schools + all honors courses + minors in other math fields(statistics) as a normal thing.
Consider, every single university degree program in mathematics you will see will have been accredited by institutions in your country which surely have advisors or faculty mathematicians. Every school curriculum is going to have department heads and professors that are professional mathematicians with PhD's.
What I am saying is, no there is no "easy" or "cheese" mathematics degree program. Some might be the bare minimum, others might be extreme. In any case, 100% of them will prepare you for graduate education at a minimum.

Because you have only shown the bare minimum requirements to graduate. Your image also does not show if this is a BA or BS.
There is likely another section where you are expected to specialize with 5 additional mathematics courses. Actually, I'm certain that you do, as your image jumps from Calculus 2 to DE's, and there is certainly a Calculus 3/Multivariable Calculus that is missing in your image. So even for a BA, your image is impossible and does not tell the whole story.

I got the image from this website. I don't think they offer Calculus 3, but you can choose to study physics in your second year which includes a course in Mechanics. I imagine that's when students would cover calc3 topics

i thought the only thing was regular degree = 3 years (~16 major credits), honours = 4 years (~24 major credits)

It sounds like MA-164-1 is an abstract algebra course. Seems weird to learn it the first semester and then not touch it again.

Norwegian here. You're looking at a university I didn't even know existed. If you want to study math in Norway you should go to either the University of Oslo or NTNU in Trondheim. They both have good math departments.

Yes, that does look easy as fuck. Here's the curriculum for an undergrad in financial math at my reputable Polish university, I cut out the filler:
Semester 1: Linear algebra, Analysis, Geometry, Introductory logic and set theory
Semester 2: Linear algebra, Analysis, Discrete math, Programming
Semester 3: Analysis, Differential equations, Topology, Introduction to measure theory
Semester 4: Abstract algebra, Complex functions, Programming, Probability, Portfolio management
Semester 5: Functional analysis, Risk management, Numerical methods, Probability, Statistics
