How do you deal with that feeling of having spend over a decade in a certain field and having so much knowledge about it, that you relise "almost everyone around me is talking bullshit or has absolute no idea what he or she is talking about"
I feel like we live in world where people who spend 3 weeks on something and have slightly more knowledge than the average person about something are seen as experts and they themself also think they are experts
They know slightly more about something than the average, the average person praises them and is amazed, they than start thinking to themself that they really are experts
Is this really the world we live in? It makes me so angry to see so much bullshit on the internet, from people who know nothing about a topic. Yet they get hundrets of thousands of people listening to their bullshit. While people who actually know shit about a subject get close to zero attention because they don't present it so exciting
