Unvaxxed, catched the kung flu a couple of months ago, had the highest fever afterwards, my brain got badly grilled, IQ lowered from ~130 to sub-100 for several days, was worried I'd remain that way but I seem to have recovered now. What also happened is I've hated myself irrationally for around ~15 years due to powerful dysfunctional schemas but post-covid I actually feel a faint but genuine apprecation for myself, my strengths and my person. Could it be that inducing modest brain damage will increase neuroplasticity and potential for change? Inexplicably I feel I'm an all right guy and on the right track though my circumstances didn't change.
