I want a Nootropic or chimical product that boost cognitive functions , maybe increase iq ? Even if it's a short amount of time I don't care , I also don't care if it's dangerous I just want to boost my brain at any cost. Take 8g of L arginine on an empty stomach, one hour after your last meal and prior to bed in conjunction with 200mg of P-5-P vitaminer of vitamin b6, not the Pyridoxine vitaminer of b6 because Pyridoxine causes neurological issues and has a half life of one month while the p-5-p version's half life is 32 hours and doesn't cause neurological issues. Cycle the arginine for 6 weeks taking it and 4 weeks not taking it.

Take 500mg of DLPA once in the morning and again in the early afternoon so your brain is full of dopamine throughout the day, half life is 9 hours.

If your depressed taking a saffron supplement helps because it acts as an snri, a sure fire way to kill depression is by taking one pill of saffron and one pill of DLPA in the morning 30 minutes before or after a meal so it gets absorbed before or after food intake interferes with either. Don't take more than two DLPA with saffron because then you'll get serotonin syndrome, to be on the safe side if you take both, just take 1 dlpa or 2 dlpa 5 hours apart. Don't stay on the saffron for more than 4 months, take a week break off the saffron after 4 months, you'll eat less while on saffron after you've been taking it for 8 weeks and you'll see that after on saffron alone for 8 weeks you'll be losing weight, this is due to the snri accumulative effects.

It's because l arginine at the dosage increases hgh production btw, if you're scared at 8g then just drop it to 7g, if you get stomach stress then just drop the amount by .5g until you can take it without stomach issues, though 5g should be the lowest you should go. At 5g there is a 134% increase in hgh production, at 7g i believe it is 180%, at 8g it's 205% and at 9g it's 220%.

You should zinc, it's an aromatase inhibitor, it's allows more testosterone production, just take 50mg of it after a big meal, in pill form it's not well absorbed because only like 50% gets absorbed while in liquid form more gets absorbed. People have reported their depression and speed of thinking increase with 50mg of zinc after a big meal so that will definitely help.

If you take the zinc on an empty stomach or with very very very little food you'll throw it all up and feel super sick for a few hours, so make sure to eat plenty of food prior to zinc supplementation.
