You would gain significantly more from just eating a whole food diet, lifting weights, maintaining a caloric surplus (relative to a healthy baseline metabolism and weight), and actively pursuing sex with younger women than you would from eating a vegetarian diet and/or cardiovascular exercise. Seems as good a place as any to ask. Im studying at the moment, and while in the beginning, I felt decent motivation (probably also due to the imposed nature of real lectures), after two years of homestudy (of which I actually studied maybe 15%, only before exams) i am utterly unable to motivate myself to even watch a lecture, much less participate in any assignment. I know the general answer for this would be "get off your ass and just do it", but I cant, despite the topics generally being interesting to me. Understanding is not a problem, just motivatng myself to even try is an unmountable hurdle to me.
Is there anything I can take to "boost" or instill motivation?

One tip for concentration: ditch your smartphone and get a button phone. I did that and my productivity went through the roof.

Form habits around doing shit. Do, say, 4-5 hours of productive shit every day (how exactly you arrange this is up to you), keep track of time in a calendar. Don't do more than whatever limit you've calculated. Being consistent is worth far, far, FAR more than getting more done sooner. In a few weeks you'll fall back into a pattern of doing shit.

If I were you I wouldn't bother with lectures. I'm top of my MSc class and I simply don't watch any, but it's an assignment and math heavy subject (computer science).

My theory is, after taking a large amount of nootropics for a year or years, you'll actually get dumber, you might have to wait for your brain to start pruning synapses from all the new connections you've made before you actually have boosted intellect. In order to start the pruning though, you'll likely have to go cold turkey on nootropics for a while.

Smartphones are about as addictive as cocaine to some people. You can still fuck around on a PC during your off hours but it won't be a constant nagging distraction like a phone.
