The current theory on star formation ---namely, the "cloud collapse"--- is complete nonsense. Why do I not see the air in my room clumping up and turning into balls of liquid? Oh yeah: because the molecules have the same charge and therefore repel eachother. So, how likely is it for gas in the vaccum of outer space to compress itself up due to gravitational attraction until it's dense enough to start a fusion reaction?

Not very!

INB4 this type of argument pops up:

>it's the accepted theory
>they are better than you
>can you prove it
>show your phd
