realistically what are the odds of me getting prostate cancer?
And what can i do to give myself better odds of avoiding it (other then getting a prostate exam)???

Anything with vegetables oil do not eat, take some ivermection for 2 weeks twice a year, eat plenty of soursop fruit, and if you do get cancer go visit a iv clinic and have them put you on 30g of intravenous vitamin C, also wear a filter mask and gloves when using liquid chemicals and anything you wouldn't feel safe enough to stick up your nose.
