To answer your question, I don't have any strange relationship with my mom. Neither abusive, neglectful, nor overly smothering. I think, if we're going down this route, what happened to me is that, I am an older brother, my younger sibling is only about 2 years younger than me. I think that, during this time during my adolescence, perhaps my mom would just do the normal mom stuff where she pushes my head into her belly to feel the baby and sort of did that sort of stuff, which may have affected me and imprinted the interest in the view of a woman who is far larger than me and pregnant. I'm not really satisfied with this answer though because we should then probably find this fetish to be more popular among older male siblings, which I dont think is necessarily true.
