brother - 5'9
sister - 5'3
mom - 5'6
dad - 5'7
im 17 but I do have heart disability, one of the chambers does not push blood properly, maybe that's one of the reasons

mmm yeah could be the disability. With those parent heights id expect something like 5'9" and since you're from the new generation maybe even 5'10" - 5'11". Take growth hormone if you can. I'm not a doctor though. You're still in growing age and maybe you haven't hit your growth spurt yet.

also maybe play basketball or something where you jump around a lot, make sure you stretch enough, drink lots of milk, have a diet rich in protein (lots of meat but also a good amount of carbs) and sleep as much as you can.

thank you so much anon! I will do some research on that hormone and ask my doctor if its alright for my heart, im afraid it might failed if It was overworked. but its yet the best option i have, personally, its hell to be short, this literally happened last month to today
