2. The name on your birth certificate is not yours, they own it. Let them have it, why would you want it? Never accept it as your name or they have you. If they ask what your name is tell them you cannot testify in court as to what your name is because it is hearsay. I have been known to go by the name "first name only." If they ask are you "first and last name" you say no, that is yours, you own that account not me.
