There's also 50% chance the other girl has a higher chance, in which case the other girl can "make a coin flip" after some turns and try to guess if they have the lower or bigger number.
We need more information regarding the distribution (and bound probably) of the numbers and the other in which girls hear each other and maybe then we can analyze the probabilities and figure stuff from there.
