I've tried talking to el arcon quite a bit and half the time when challenged you get AI teir word salad, the other half of the time its garbage but definitely typed by a human. He also always follows a specific posting time, seems to be someone in asia or targeting asian posters.
I wouldn't doubt its just some autismos funny meme to revive tooker virtually on 4chan, but its not john tooker at all.
