Up to calculus rigorously? Probably a year or two depending on how dedicated you are.
Just learning it? Shouldnt take more than a month or two at most.

Depends on how you go about it. Same as anything. Right understanding in theory could take less than a minute under the right context.

If you can allocate 8 hours per day to it I'd give it 2-4 months depending on how thorough you are and how long you spend just doing problems

I went from piss poor barely highschool level to strongly passing Calc 3 and Linear Algebra in one year, in total about 15-24 weeks of intense periods of study. It took a lot of work to catch up on the very broad number of topics pre-calc covers, and honestly I was only able to scratch the surface which is a bad thing.
