I don't recall that book having any prereqs at all beyond the basic stuff until you were ten chapters in and then you need proper knowledge of algebraic geometry and topos theory.

For Bell's Primer of Infinitesimal Analysis just pre-calculus. Wonderful book. For Kock's SDG, what anon said, but with some degree of mathematical maturity.
