No, for several reasons.
1. Theorems are proven, at best what you've provided is a conjecture.
2. Because the statement is entirely obvious, if you had provided a proof it would at best be a completely obvious and uninteresting remark.

a partial converse of OP's bold claim is a bit more interesting
given consecutive primes p and p', is there necessarily a composite of the form 2q^n with p < q < p'?
the first counterexample is trivially 2,3, then we see 29, 31
how many of these pairs are there?

we are looking for consecutive primes (p,p') such that there are no primes q with 2*[q^n] with
p < 2*[q^n] < p'
p=29, p'=31 is one such pair, p=2, p'=3 is another, but is trivial as there are no integers between 2 and 3
