Indeed, we did have only 2-3 beauteous lasses of our age at the first year (there certainly were good-looking ones graduating or finishing second-year). The rest were so-so. The male demographic did also fall into the same relative statistic. So even being bi genuinely sucked, for twice as many people elicited sexual disgust if such a phenomenon exists.

Yeah, so get a hobby. Even if your labs are full of dudes, university campuses probably have more females than males nowadays and the university surroundings are the easiest place to meet random young people of the opposite sex.

With the sports and especially martial arts you don't want to be a creep and shouldn't predominantly try to use them for dating, but my experience with kickboxing and MMA was that I was in regular contact (sometimes literally so) with fit women and had some come on to me. I was in a relationship so could not reciprocate but anyway. I'm not very chadly either.

You guys are fucked. And by that I mean anyone attempting to date in this era. A lot of dating anymore relies on you to use apps like that or meet someone through work, school, friends, or a gathering place. It's a shame because even match.com turned into something to promote hook-up culture over strong and lasting relationships built from meeting someone on the app. A lot of people still use these for dating though. You just have to have hope.
Meeting through online methods is possible, and you'll end up surprised in the end. I met my spouse almost 7 years ago through this place.
