>>14231056Get the jerking off out of your system first. When you first get on the "right" amount of Vyvanse, you're going to experience solid euphoria and motivation for the first couple weeks. That initial time is CRUCIAL for trying to habituate yourself with shit you want to be doing for hours on end. If you end up jerking off when the Vyvanse starts kicking in then you're going to waste a lot of precious time, money, and most importantly tolerance rubbing your dick (raw). When you come down, especially if you weren't hydrating or feeding yourself (vyvanse kills appetite btw) then you're going to feel like complete shit for a few hours. As weeks go by you'll lose the euphoria portion and it will only keep you focused for a bit, then the comeback will make you slightly depressed and less motivated to do anything.
t. Got on Vyvanse a few months ago and am literally taking 50mg at the moment.
Some things I suggest:
1. High Protein diet in the morning to pad right before taking Vyvanse to make it digest slower
2. L-Tryosine 1000mg in the morning and when you begin to fill the comedown effects.
3. Magnesium Citrate and/or Magnesium L-Threonate to INCREASE digestion rate, making the effects slightly increase.
4. Keep a bottle of water always filled next to you.
5. Unless you're trying to lose weight, keep some food near you to remind you to eat.
6. Tolerance WILL build. I suggest taking as many days as you can off per week to prolong your current/optimal dosage.
7. Don't conflate vyvanse's fleeting euphoria/motivation effect with its focus/concentrating effect. Many people do this and they will rapidly increase their dosage to feel like euphoric feeling again. They should of just stuck to adderall.
