It is pretty important to grasp this because science tries to explain the answer to questions like why are we here and what was the history of existence. It does it with math and by observing objects. Matters of the heart are deemed unimportant. It essentially leads to a nihilistic empty world to believe solely in this. I think the question of why and what happened cannot possibly be answered without considering the spirit.

It's mumbo jumbo. Look up Le Sage if you want to find a decent theory on how gravity works.

It seems to be an unlikely coincidence that the formula for Lorentz contraction is identical to the formula for Doppler shift at 90 degrees, but then again I've been told I'm not a physicist so what do I know.
