here are my symptoms
>discomfort in left testicle for several days
>no real pain, at worst its a slight ache and at best theres no discomfort at all
>sitting causes some discomfort but laying down and standing/walking actually relieve discomfort
>no solid lumps in my spermatic cord, although sometimes it feels a bit swollen compared to the other one
>no blood in my urine or semen and no discharge
>having a bit of trouble shitting, usually comes out thin
i believe its either epiditymitis or prostatitis, but my opinion is influenced by my desire for it to be nothing more serious than those two
