They probably just have to calibrate the gravity generators to counteract the natural gravity of the ship. Or maybe each room is on a slightly different angle, so that it accounts for the gravity of the ship

Actually now that I think about it, isn't gravity a really weak force when small masses are involved?
Wouldn't that mean that you could theoretically generate artificial gravity fairly cheaply (energy-wise)?

Yes, it’s physically possible. It’s not technically or financially feasible.

With today’s technology, it would take decades and cost a few quadrillion dollars. The super-weapon is not physically possible based on our current understanding of technology.
