So I would need more detail on the dataset, simulation framework and models you used. Of course, it would be wonderful if you cracked what everyone on the planet is looking for, but often with these results that have a high number of trades the problem is using too sparse time series data, not accounting for spread (a big one that cuts into profits over time) etc.
Although my experience is in cryptobots, I'm not sure I would be of much help to you outside of SPDEs and optimization theory.
