I can't believe there are worlds that are much larger than our planet, I can't imagine what it would be like in them

It's small because our solar system is a rare and odd one, compared to other star systems atleast, super-earths seem to be the most common type of rocky planet (which may imply aliens are actually taller than us?), but they also tend to orbit K-type stars or M-type stars, take from that what you will

Will men and women live on different planets? How will that work since women, due to their larger size, will need to be on a planet with lesser gravity and thus a smaller planet. In addition to their larger body size, women in general require more space. Have you ever seen a woman's shoe closet? They're insane.
Where will the two meet to have sex and reproduce? Woman coming to the larger men's planet would be injured by its higher gravity. The men would need to travel to the smaller, lower gravity women's planet during mating season, making it even more crowded. Will there be conjugal O'Neill Cylinders somewhere between the two planets?
