It most likely is a radar array, but it seems to me that it's in the Norwegian claim of Antarctica. It's hard to tell since the map projection is so messed up.

Apparently they drill ice cores and it's a summer camp. Still unknown what that row of objects is.

But the lower row objects might actually be trenches where they drilled ice cores. The size just about seems to fit:
