It’s a vascular disease, which is why there is a large range of “long covid” problems from hearing loss, to lung issues, testicular atrophy, heart issues, leg pains etc etc.
Secondary, there is problem of the shitty vaccines. Look up mareks disease. There is a good chance we are heading there - the vaccines are somewhat effective, but still ineffective enough to allow so,e infections to slip though to perpetuate the virus long enough until a random mutation pops up that is more effective at infecting vaccinated people. The vaccine will be like a filter for weaker variants and put evolutionary pressure on the virus.
Eventually those more effective strains may be far more virulent and while may not be lethal to the vaccinated, may become highly lethal to the unvaccinated… because of the poor quality vaccines.
Mareks disease was bad but non lethal in chickens, it is now 100% lethal to unvaxxed chickens for the same reason.
