3) at maximum elongation in not too long
that being said, by "last chance" I specified "for a while", it'll be visible again briefly after summer too
it'll be a full year until it's very well visible though, it's going to be conjunct with Jupiter on March 1 next year, extremely close approach, that's going to be quite spectacular
