Is it the same for other species, particularly mammals? What about other races? Since Asians and Europeans descend from Neanderthal, Asians also from Denisovan, and Africans from a missing link/homoerectus type of early human would it be the same ratios for all of the above?

No, only the former. Contrary to popular belief, the vaccines do not induce cells to produce the full spikes, but only a part of them. Hence, they don't trigger the mechanism.
Fun conspiracy hypothesis: the elites knew this from the start but didn't want to cause a mass panic. That's why vaccines against the spikes were created and why they want recovered people to be vaccinated as well.

AFAIK this doesn't happen very often because most such insertions are fatal. Therefor I would expect a similar amount and variety in different species and ethnicities. Urbanization started only 10000 years ago. On one side this means a lot more viruses on the other thats a very short time in evolutionary time scales so I would expect only minimal differences to the african ancestors.

Citation needed. Why do all the studies refer to the S-protein and not 'an altered piece of the S-protein'?

I don't know why rarely anybody mentions it, because the spikes are in fact a huge problem for the body. The spike parts produced by the vaccines not so.
