Has /sci/ence ever seen massive white fibrous clots like these before?

So the only reply I have heard as to what these might be is a Fibrin Clot. Can anyone tell me if Fibrin Clots are ever found in veins and arteries? The embalmer documenting these strange clots says he is now seeing them in over 50% of bodies and all of them had the clot shot. Youngest he has seen so far was in their 30's.
