Females, especially child-less females, have to over-compensate for not having to care for a child. They do so with motivation/emotion, not reason - ever tried to talk reason into a young child? Now imagine a female learning about the wide world in university. She will personify earth as her child and start worrying about every bad that happens on it because she is not wired to reason and abstract, thus function rationally.
The feminization of leadership leads to a lot of compassionately meant social pressure in the world. Pressure to comply with the narrative that supposedly favors the ones without say (earth, animals, mentally ill). This social pressure/motivation/emotion works well if you raise a child - this is why women are evolutionarily oriented towards irrational, not fully thought through strategies but motivation/social pressure/emotion.
This way of thinking does not scale to 'deciding which steps a civilization should take'.
A lot of datasets since the 70s are not to be taken seriously unfortunately, because of the grade of academia they originated from.
