I honestly couldn't tell you and I'm interested to hear what other people think. If I had to guess, since women are not good at any sciences to begin with, them being better at biology could just be chance. It's like a fish being better at jogging that it is at sprinting. It's terrible at both, but it just so happens to be less terrible at one of them.
