Fruit flies have different biological resources to work with especially in relation to their simplified reproduction system due to size/life span. Assuming that human women could hold the sperm/dna of every man she had sex with, the egg cell cycle when it pertains to egg follicles would filter it out. Thus those "remnants" of dna wouldn't have an affect on her children. Again women lose eggs as they age because of this process. The process technically prevents this outcome from coming to mass fruition.
I doubt anons here would be interested in a deep discussion concerning the mechanics involving a woman's menstrual cycle as it relates to the greater egg cell cycle system.
