I have to attend a course of continuum mechanics and I really need to revise some basis of algebra and analysis. I'm fine with analysis, I have some textbook and I can deal with it myself but I need some help with algebra.

Can you suggest a textbook? It would be great if not too long (I don't need to deal with to many demonstrations).
I need to revise almost everithing starting from vector operation all the way to tensors, matrix transposition, inversion, eigenvalues... I studied this topic befor but it's passed quite a lot of time and I've studied it in my mothertongue and I have to attend the lessons in english.
