Other day I saw a post telling that the brain peaks at 21-25 and then it starts getting harder to learn new things because of plasticity.

Cant tell about other people but in my case it is definitively easier to learn at 28 than it was at 23 or even at 18.
I can focus 10x times better, have better motivation, can see the big picture easier, can plan how to approach a topic better and also can visualize/model anything in my head with ease.
At least at 28 I cannot thing or see any downside in my capacity to learn new things.
Maybe college helped. Today I have a basis for many topics and even when present to something totally new, at least I can make comparisons and find similarities with topics from my college days.

I dont know. People that complain about this age difficult probably are just lazy and unfocused. Also maybe not studying hard in your youth can increase the difficult to learn in the future because you wont have a basis.
