I genuinely think P/=NP because of how many algorithms we’ve found that straddled the line but always end up NP. I wish P equalled NP but I can’t imagine a faster way to solve say, 3SUM for example. Obviously this is not proof of anything but we have no proof.

P=NP but with a non-constructive proof only.
I base this on wild conjecturer, and my loose faith in the work of Boole and DeMorgan.

I don't see a reason that all complex problems can't be computed at the speed of verification in a world where DeMorgan's Theorem is real.

In the grand scheme of infinity, non-polynomial compute times don't matter anyway, either time is infinite and we have all we ever need to solve all problems, or we'll die before I have to give a shit. :D

what about TCS is not mathematics?
TCS literally answered Connes' embedding problem. TCS answered Kadison-Singer, a functional analysis problem. TCS answered Hilbert's 10th problem.

Discussing TCS on /sci/ is 1000% completely warranted. Picrel is what you'd expect out of TCS...and it doesn't read any differently than from a math paper (link here: https://arxiv.org/abs/2105.01149). I know you're a baiting faggot but this board's insistence that TCS is different than math is insanity.
