but you are implying that the theory of gravity is on the same level of the theory of evolution, this is simply not the case. The amount of evidence of gravity is absolutely overwhelming, while mainstream neo-Darwinism has almost no good evidence.

i agree, science is unanimous on species chagning. but the problem is its currently being revealed that the teleomechanists, the lamarckists, orthogenesists, and the design theorests were all much closer to truth then the orthodox darwinians, even to the point where just 3 decades ago you could lose you job if you pointed that out.

I can grill meat, toast a hoagie roll with cheese, cut vegetables, mix my own sauce by handpicked ingredients, and place them all together cleanly. I can also take 2 white bread slices and put bologna between them. Both are sandwiches, even if one has much more time, effort and craft to it.

The word "theory" doesn't just have one meaning in science and math. Quantum theory is a theory, yet as far as explanation of behaviour of subatomic particles goes, it's almost purely descriptive. Chaos theory is an even better example.
