There are plenty of fictional video game humans who have impossible combinations of visual-cranial features and characteristics (that is, with the current breeding in genetic pool), but the guy in OP whoever he is, I don't know his name unfortunately, looks plausible enough.
Though I question the scalp, which is certainly groomed and has a very particular construction, and the facial hair should probably be more dense. His hair should probably be a bit more red. Otherwise he looks like a cross of Germanic and French-Canadian ancestry. It's the only way the jaw measurements, the oval-oblong face shape, the large chin, the "roman" nose, the forehead, the ratio distribution, the ears, and the cheekbones can all line up.
(Doesn't mean that you will find an exact combination. Chances are one out of more than a million.)
