Why is plastic surgery so shit? It seems like by now in 2020 we should have the technology to turn an incel into a gigachad, yet has this ever happened in documented history? I imagine if it did that guy would become instantly famous by sharing his story and be an icon for ugly people across the globe.

Is it just that the tissues of the face are too delicate? Can you not go in and move bone without fucking things up worse?
