What would happen if a person got rid of all instinct? They would be able to do things associated with instinctual behavior, but they would feel no innate desire to do so. What would we get? Schizoidness? AI?

maybe like one of those people who have a type of stroke where they have no more emotions. The cant decide anything and are unable to make any decisions and can spend hours trying to decide what socks to wear that day.
