It had quite a lot of interesting cutting edge research from the military about psychological weapons and I want to read it again. Things like how electric eels can remotely control their prey and draw them out of hiding against their will and move them like puppets, very strange things like that, and that these things are being investigated by tptb for use on the plebs.
